Beautifully furnished rooms with a nice kitchenette and a comfortable bed. Enjoyed the tasty breakfast and the great coffee. The air conditioner and the TV worked perfectly. a great deal for a relaxing break.

Very nice boutique building and rooms in the single bedroom. A lot of options, excellent food.

By and large, it was good base for sightseeing in Jomtien Beach, had much fun and met pleasant staff with the House Keeping manager.

The room was large with a balcony. Pool was tiny and hardly got an sun during the day so we resorted to spending everyday at the beach - which wasn't the best, not very clean and lots of rubbish in the sea.

The staff were friendly at first so we booked an additional 5 days as the room itself was nice and comfortable and to be honest we were chasing the sun and pattaya seemed to have it - this was over the period where the south had terrential storms and floods. (we'd had to change our entire holiday due to this as our plans were orginially to island hop in the south). After booking the additional days, staff seemed less interested and even charged us for water that was supposed to be complimentary.

- Does not have a left, which is a must for family & elderly. Bathroom flooring is uncomfortable, and needs changing.

This hotel is conveniently located just a short walk away from the beach and downtown area. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch thanks to fantastic housekeeping. The hotel facilities were great and the breakfast provided was sufficient. Staff were always polite and attentive to my needs.

The hotel had a good location close to the beach and a nice pool. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful and spoke good English.

The breakfast was not very good, with limited options and poor quality food. The room was small and cramped with no space to move around.

Located in a lively area on a street with many shops and restaurants, this hotel is a great choice if you want to be close to the beach. The room is spacious, clean and comes with a fully equipped kitchen, making it convenient for those who want to cook. The bathroom is nicely styled and features a good quality shower.

This hotel is an amazing value for money. The staff are attentive to details and super friendly. The location is in a peaceful area of Jomtien with many basic amenities, and the rooms are spacious, especially those on the second floor. I loved the breakfast which was included, with an excellent choice and great coffee.

All was perfect, no complaints.
